    First Week of Practice Schedule Info

    Due to TAAF Rules we must remain compliant and our TAAF swimmers may not practice more than 90 MINUTES before May 1st.  Here is our schedule for April 27-30th.  Swimmers 13+ may swim all practices.  U12 please attend only 3 practices 4/27-4/30.  

    8 & under (green/blue)
    4:30-4:40 intro/stretching 
    4:40-5:00 practice in water

    7-10 (blue/silver) & 11-12 (green/blue)
    5:00-5:15 intro/stretching 
    5:15-5:45 practice in water

    7-12 (blue/silver)
    5:45-6:00 intro/stretching 
    6:00-6:30 practice in water

    7-10 (gold), 11-12 (silver), 13 & up (green/blue/silver)
    6:30-6:45 intro/stretching 
    6:45-7:15 practice in water
    7:15-7:45 dryland workouts

    With this schedule, the 12 & under age groups can come to practice up to 3 times the first week.
