Warm Ups -  will be Lane 4 - 8:10-8:30am - Meet will begin at 9:00am

​Timer Volunteers - we will need a volunteer timer on Lane 3 from 11am to end of prelims (please let coach Haley or Shreya know)

Sunday (Taylor & Falyn)

Events - breaststroke, butterfly, IM and Medley relay

​Sunday Warm Ups will be Lane 4 - 7:50-8:10 - Meet will begin at 9:00

Timer Volunteers - we will need a volunteer timer on Lane 3 from 9am - 11am (please let coach Taylor or Falyn know)

** Don't forget, Ponderosa is a  Prelim and Finals meet.  If your swimmer makes a top 16 time in morning prelims, you will need to come back in the afternoon to swim finals.  Afternoon warm-ups begin approx 4:30 (or at least 30 minutes after prelims finish)

We were able to make 3 relays for Ponderosa.  7/8 Boys Free Relay, 8U Boys Medley Relay, 11/12 Girls Free Relay
