TAAF (Games of Texas) Regional Meet Saturday
Meet on Saturday will start promptly at 8:00AM We are looking at a meet with just 147 swimmers with 431 events. Should be a nice quick meet. College Station meet entries are attached. IF YOUR CHILD PLACES TOP 2 IN AN EVENT THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE AT THE STATE MEET IN COLLEGE STATION JULY 30-AUG 2. BE AWARE THAT IF YOUR CHILD COMES IN 3RD OR 4TH, THEY COULD STILL GO TO STATE IF THE TOP 2 DECLINE THEIR SPOT. YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR STATE MEET AT REGIONALS THIS SATURDAY.
Meet gate fee: $3.00 per spectator - Heat Sheets: $2.00 - concessions will be available

No camping inside pool area. The best place to camp is outside pool entry gate and across street at school bus pick up area. There is a large area on other side of pool with lots of trees for shade. It is hard to hear events being called out there so please listen and have your swimmers keep checking event numbers called to ready bench.
WE DO NEED TIMER VOLUNTEERS. I'M LOOKING AT TWO SHIFTS WITH 4 TIMERS PER SHIFT. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO TIME ON SATURDAY!
