If you have not yet RSVP'd through the website for the time trial, please do so.  It will help us in seeding the meet if we know in advance which swimmers will not be there.  You can do this either through the calendar on the website, or through the Events/Meet entry tab on the menu bar.  Please RSVP by 4:45 pm on Friday afternoon, May 6.

Swimmers entries for the time trial should be visible on the collegestation.swim-team.us website, click on the Events/Meet Entry tab in the middle of the menu bar, and then click on the small "swimmer" icon on the row with Daybreak Time Trial.  You should be able to see your swimmer(s) and his/her/their entries.  The goal for the time trial is to a get a time for every possible age group appropriate event for your swimmer.  When it comes to swimming in official meets, all swimmers MUST have a time to enter an event in a meet, so we want to get all possible times for all swimmers.  However, if your swimmer is currently entered in an event that simply are NOT ready to swim, or they are not entered in an event for their age group that they want to swim, please contact me and let me know.

I do not anticipate that we will have heat sheets available for the time trial, but you can access event heat and lane information from the Events/Meet Entry tab (still in the middle of the menu bar) by clicking on the "1st" icon.  None of the information currently available is set in stone.  I suspect adjustments will be made up through at least Friday evening, and possibly Saturday morning.
