Thank you to everyone who made it to time trials.  I know it was a very long event since we had two teams and so many swimmers in each event, but I think it went very smoothly. Thank you so much everyone who volunteered, especially those that worked the whole meet. I also expect that will be our longest meet of the year, except divisionals. :)

• You can see the results from the time trial in several places online:
  • By clicking on "Event/Meet Schedule" tab on the menu bar at the top of the webpage, and then clicking on the "1st" icon in the time trial row.
  • You can also see the results on your mobile device through Meet Vision.  Directions for Meet Vision are attached.
  • Some people apparently experienced issues with the results converting the times to "yard times," even though they were already yard times.  I believe this resulted from moving the time trial from Adamson (which is a meter pool) to the Bryan Aquatic Center, which is a yard pool.  I believe this has been resolved, but if notice this, please let me know.
• If you still need 2016 times, just let the coaches know and they can get time during practice.  We will need 2016 times for all events your swimmers will want to swim this weekend.
• Individual event entries are now open for this weekend's home meet against Navasota.  This can be done through the website.  Instructions are attached to this email.  Swimmers must be entered into events by this Wednesday at 5pm.  Relays will be put together on Thursday from available swimmers entered into the meet.
• The meet with Navasota is currently scheduled at Adamson Lagoon.  I will confirm that location as soon as possible.  The alternate location would be the CSMS natatorium.
• Volunteer sign ups are also open.  As the home team, we require lots of volunteers, 12 timers in each shift.  We cannot run our meets without volunteers.  Please sign up, and show up to support our swimmers.
