invitational entries are now open!  The DROP DEAD DEADLINE for invitational entries is Saturday night  June 18 at Midnight. We must turn our entries in for invitationals on Sunday and have a check prepared. Relays will be put together on Sunday morning for the two meets based on entries.  NO entries will be processed for our team after midnight on Saturday.  Please understand after midnight on Saturday it is out of our hands, and the coaches and I will be busy finalizing entries and putting together relays.   You can go ahead and start entering your swimmers now based on current qualifications, but keep in mind they can still earn qualifying times this weekend at Divisionals. So be prepared to update or finalize entries Saturday afternoon/evening after Divisionals. 

If you cannot put it Trinity bonus entries, I will work on this later in the week when I get home. The Trinity three event bonus rule  states that swimmers with 3 qualifying Trinity times, gold or silver, can enter any remaining events for which they have an official time, even if that time is not otherwise qualified for Trinity. 

I will be driving basically all day today and tomorrow, so you probably won't get any replies from me until sometime on Wednesday!  

REMEMBER:

• Divisional entries are open until Wednesday at midnight
• Divisional volunteer spots are open and we must help staff this meet!
• Coaches should be sending an email about the PPP but RSVP's are not necessary
• Invitational sign ups are now open and entries close Saturday at midnight--no exceptions!
