Last email today (I think. ).  

• Invitational Entries are DUE tomorrow (Saturday, June 18) night at Midnight. This deadline is again non-negotiable, as entries must be turned in for the respective Invitationals on Sunday.
• As soon as I reasonably can after the divisional meet, I will email and post updated invitational qualifier lists Saturday evening/afternoon.  The qualifying times are posted on the website in the information for each invitational, and should be in the heat sheet on Saturday as well, so you can figure out if your swimmer has any new qualifications if you want to.
• Invitational entries are made on the collegestation.swim-team.us website, exactly like all of our dual meets have been.
  • Payment via Rectrac is NOT an invitational entry.
  • RSVP for invitationals is NOT an invitational entry.
  • You must click on the swimmer icon and enter your swimmer in their invitational events.  You can also EMAIL me before midnight with your swimmers name and desired entries, and I will be happy to get your swimmer entered.  It must be an email, not TEXT, that is much easier for me to work from and less likely for me to skip over!!
• Each individual invitational entry is $5.  So, if you have a swimmer who swims 3 events at either invitational, you are responsible for paying $15 for the participation.
• The coaches and I will look at entries and try to put together as many relays as possible based on entries.
  •  For Ponderosa Relays, if you think an age group can/should have a particular relay, please talk to the swimmers or their parents as appropriate and let the coaches and I know about the relay.  
  • We will also contact swmmers/parents where we think a relay can/could happen and try.  But often you age group parents already have an idea of who is available, and interested. 
  • Relay entries are paid entirely by the City, and no payments are necessary for relay participation.
• Invitational payments will be made through rectrac, at rectrac.cstx.gov.  Detailed instructions for making your payments are attached to this email.
  • Because swimmers can still qualify for either invitational at Divisionals tomorrow, which can alter your total, I recommend waiting until after Divisionals to make any payments.  
  • Payments must be received prior to participation in Invitationals.
• For those of you who participated in Pentathlon, if you made your payment through Rectrac and were charged an additional $10 over the required $25 entry fee, you can simply pay for two less entries for invitationals than your swimmer is actually swimming. (If your swimmer is only swimming in two events, do not make any payments on RecTrac.  If your swimmer is swimming in 3 events, only pay for 1 on Rec Trac, etc.)  If you still need a refund from Pentathlon, please send me an email, and I will get it taken care of as soon as possible.
