Congratulations again to all our swimmers on a great NWAL Season!  Thank you to al our parents for helping us host our meets and make our away meets happen too.  HUGE thank you to Vera and her Adamson Lagoon staff and lifeguards who kept our kids safe and helped us set up for and clean up after our meets!   Now, some results from invitationals.  

Our small but mighty contingent of swimmers did an amazing job representing the Tsunamis at Ponderosa Invitational.  This invitational had the very best and very fastest swimmers in all of the NWAL, just making Ponderosa times is incredible, that list included:  Ariana Larsen (6), Savannah Criscitiello (8), Ingrid Loya (8), Violet Masri (8), Emma Edmondson (12), Elizabeth Quast (11), Kaitlyn Owens (13), Ian Lindberg (10), Braxton Owens (9), Brendan Owens (11) and Benjamin Wang (13).   Of the swimmers at Ponderosa only the top 16 swim in finals and place at the meet, and these swimmers not only did awesome (results below) but they also set several new team records.

• Violet Masri--6th place in 7-8 girls back, 12th place in 7/8 girls free, 6th place 8&u girls breast, 15th place 8&u girls fly
• Ingrid Loya--13th place 7-8 girls back, 9th place 8&u girls breast, 13th place 8&u girls fly
• Savannah Criscitiello--15th place 7-8 girls back, 14th 8&u girls breast and 16th place 8&u girls fly
• These girls also set a new 8&U girls medley relay team record at 1:18.55 (Loya, Masri, Criscitello, Daigneault)
• Ian Lindberg--10th place 9-10 boys back, 16th place 9/-10 boys fly, 5th place 9/10 boys free, 8th place 10&U boys 50 free
• Ian also set a new team record in the 10&U 50 free with a 29.34!!
• Emma Edmondson--7th place girls 11-12 back, 16th place girls 11-12 breast, 5th place girls 11-12 fly, 2nd place girls 11-12 free, 14th place 11-12 100 free, and 5th place girls 11-12 IM
• Emma's 100 free time of 59.84 set a new team record in this event!!
• Kaitlyn Owens--16th place 13-14 girls 100 free, 1st place girls 13-14 back--AMAZING, (Kaitlyn is only 13), 7th place 13-14 free.
• Kaitlyn broke her own 13-14 girls team record in the 50 back with a 29.04!!
• Kaitlyn also set a new team 13-14 girls team record in the 50 free with a 26.13!!

Our Trinity Swimmers also did an amazing job, and actually brought home a 1st place team trophy for our small team division at Trinity.  We had so many swimmers with amazing swims, and who scored points for those team trophies. I have added a link to the homepage with all of the individual results from Trinity by event. However, we also had 5 swimmers at Trinity win High point awards for their age division.
