Howdy Tsunami Swim Team Parents,

 

This weekend is our first official home meet against Bryan! There is a slight change in plans as the pool in Bryan is undergoing renovations currently. This Saturday's meet will be hosted at Adamson Lagoon just like our Mock Trial Meet with the Tsunami's being the home team. Below are some reminders about our upcoming meet:

1. Warm-ups for our Green and Blue groups will begin at 7:30 and end at 7:45. Our Aqua and Navy groups will begin at 7:45 and end at 8:00. We have a very large team this year so it is very important for our swimmers to be ready with their caps and goggles on before warm-ups begin!
2. The meet entry sign-ups, RSVP, and volunteer sign-ups are all up on our website! Please remember to sign your swimmers up for 3 individual events, RSVP if you are coming, and volunteer! We had so many volunteers do an outstanding job the last two weekends to keep our meets running smoothly. We appreciate and need your help!
3. Meet entries and RSVPs will close at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday May 18th.
4. Please remember snacks, water, sunscreen, and things to keep your swimmer busy between races.

Our swim meet against Brenham went very well! We had many swimmers make changes to their strokes and saw a huge amount of time drops for only a week of practice between meets! I am so impressed with our swimmers so far and am looking forward to our second meet of the year.
