Hello families! 

Below, please find information for the meet this weekend against Brenham at Brenham. I will not be at the meet this weekend as I will be at a water polo tournament in San Antonio. Coach David and Coach TY will be your co-head coaches and joined by our other coaching staff. 

Tsunami Check-In will be led by Coach Maeve and Coach Kat. 

Brenham Pool Address: 1800 E. Tom Green, Brenham, TX 77833

The pool is indoors, but swimmer/family seating will be outside on the perimeter. Ensure you bring shade! 

6:30am: Coaches arrival 

6:45am: Families arrive (at the latest): 

7:00 am: Tsunami Check-In (Look for our Coaches)

7:15-7:45am: Brenham Warm-Up

7:45am-8:15am: College Station Warm-Up: Be ready with cap, goggles, towel and to enter the pool at 7:45 sharp. All swimmers must warm-up. 

8:00am Timers Mtg led by Ref Noah Dyer: 1st & 2nd shift volunteers meet in the hallway near the locker rooms - brief explanation & Q&A. Check in with our Tsunami Volunteer Coordinator.  Clipboards, stopwatches, pens, & 1st shift lane assignments will be given out. 

8:15am Officials Mtg to follow timer's mtg: 1st & 2nd shift volunteers meet on deck by computer table (led by Noah) 

8:15am Computer & Runner: 1st & 2nd shift volunteers check in with Meet Manager Amber @ computer table 

8:15am Ready bench: 1st & 2nd shift volunteers meet @ ready bench (outside exit on block-end of pool). Check in with Clerk of Course Christine Cmajdalka. 

8:30am: Meet starts (when shift 1 volunteers are in place; National Anthem) 

Event 41: Shift 2 volunteering starts

Brenham will have concessions! They will have breakfast tacos, coffee, drinks, snacks. Pulled Pork sandwich & sausage wrap fundraiser in the small parking lot by ready bench (by canopy city)

All swimmers need to check-in with a Tsunami coach AFTER EACH swim! 

Butterfly Clinic Reminder: 

We have our final swim clinic today for Butterfly from 11am - 12:30pm. A reminder that if you have signed up and do not show for the clinic, you will be charged $50.

Pentathalon Reminder: 

Final reminder to register for the Pentathalon meet on June 7th. I am sending in all entries Sunday, May 31st. We presently have 11 swimmers signed up - many more qualified.
