Hello families! 

A reminder that our time trials meet is tomorrow evening. If you would like your swimmer to participate, swim entries close tomorrow morning at 9am. We still need more volunteers to sign up! Please sign up for a shift - this will be a fast meet!

Arrival & Check-In:

- Tent and chair set-up begins at 4:15pm 

- Swimmer check-in begins at 4:30 (all swimmers attending must check-in) 

-Volunteer check-in 1st shift at 4:30 

Warm-Ups: 

- Warm-Up will begin at 4:45pm 

- All swimmers attending need to participate in warm-ups 

Meet Start: 

- We will start the meet at 5:15pm. We anticipate the meet ending by 8pm. 

Volunteer Shift Change: 

-Volunteers will shift after event 40 to 2nd shift. This mainly will impact our official roles and timers. Please be ready and available. 

Be ready to cheer our swimmers on! Your enthusiasm is key!
