Hello families! 

As a reminder, we will have an adjusted practice schedule for today and tomorrow. There is no practice on Friday. We will be doing limited evals today and tomorrow. 

It will be hectic the first few weeks of practice as we learn our swimmers and balance our levels. Please be patient. If you have the ability to come to one of our practices this week after 5:15pm, we kindly ask that you consider. Starting May 4th, we will be on a normal practice schedule. 

If you are not formally registered for the swim team, you will not be allowed to practice. All swimmers attending our practices MUST be registered for the team. If you have signed up for a slot for practices next week and are not registered, you will be removed from our practice schedule. 

(4/29) Wednesday Practice: (10 and Under ONLY) 

-Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of each practice session. Each swimmer is only allowed to attend one practice slot.

- 4:30 - 5:15pm: Session 1

- 5:15 - 6:30pm: Session 2

- 6:30 - 7:15pm: Session 3 

- LIMITED evals: 7:15 - 7:45pm 

(4/30) Thursday: (11 and over ONLY) 

- Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of each practice session. Each swimmer is only allowed to attend one practice slot.

- LIMITED evals: 4:30 - 5:30pm 

- 5:30 - 6:30pm: Session 1 

- 6:30 - 7:30pm: Session 2 

May 2nd Time Trials Meet: 

At this time, we are still planning to have our Saturday, May 2nd time trials meet. The meet is open to register your swimmer and for parents to select a volunteer shift. We will continue to monitor the weather and will send communication asap if we need to cancel the meet. We HIGHLY encourage all swimmers, regardless if we gained a time trial for you this week, to attend the May 2nd time trial meet. This is a great opportunity to start making friends and especially important for new families who have never attended a swim meet.

Parent Volunteer Requirements: 

Each Tsunami family MUST volunteer for a minimum of three shifts, with at least two shifts at a home meet. For 2026, each completed volunteer session earns one raffle ticket for an end-of year prize. The top two volunteer families with the most shifts will have registration fees refunded and receive two Adamson Lagoon daily pool passes.
