We are excited to welcome back many of our swim officials families and we highly encourage new parents interested in becoming more involved to register for official training! Please visit nwalcertified.com to register and sign-up for classes. We have official training happening this Saturday, April 18th at Adamson for Stroke and Turn and Starters.  

. Here is additional swim official information:

• Log in (returning officials) or create an account with NWALcertified.com
• Click BACKGROUND CHECK on home screen. $18. It takes a few days for the check to be run, then a few more days for NWAL compliance to link it to NWALcertified -- don't wait. (College Station will pay for your background check!)
• Refs need to recertify every year (take test & pass with 85%)
• STRs need to recertify THIS year
• Types of officials: Stroke & Turn, Computers, Ready Bench, Starter, Ref (If new, you will sign-up for stroke & turn, computers, or ready bench - or like me, ALL 3! )
• All officials & coaches must have current badges during a meet. Badges won't print without background checks.
• NWALcertified has classes available. (You need to register for your certification class directly through NWALcertified.com)
• College Station is hosting:
  • SNT lecture 4/18/26 8:00-10:30
  • SNT on deck 4/18/2026 10:30-11:30
  • STR lecture 4/18/26 10:30-noon
  • STR on deck 4/18/26 noon-1:00
