We only have a few more weeks of practice :( Here are a few reminders.

Regionals Results

We have the final results from Regionals, which I have attached to this email! I will be sending an email to the families who qualified for Games of Texas shortly. Everyone did an amazing job! 

State Meet invitations go to the top 3 swimmers automatically, if any swimmer in the top 3 cannot or chooses not to attend the invitation moves down the list of swimmers until we have 3 in each event. This is for Athletes 14 & Under who must qualify for State at the Region Meet. All swimmers 15 & Over may swim at the State Meet regardless of qualification. 

Invitational Payments

If your swimmer attended invitationals, the fee should be on your RecTrac account. Please make sure you take care of that and let me know if you have any issues! 

Final Day of Practice

Our final day of practice will be July 30th, and we will only have morning practice on this day. 

End of Season Banquet/Party

Our end of season party will be July 27th 7:30pm-9:30pm at Adamson Lagoon! Please RSVP for your swimmer & family on Swimtopia. You may also sign up to bring additional refreshments (no glass or alcohol please). We will be recognizing our swimmers for a GREAT season, eating some dinner & having fun together. Pizza will be provided by the City of College Station so please be sure to get your RSVP in ASAP!!

This is an event for our swimmers and their families; please no guests other than family in attendance. But yes, siblings are welcome.

That being said, parents/ guardians ARE expected to attend this event with their swimmers. Please DO NOT just drop off your swimmers. Our pool rules specifically state that swimmers 14 & under MUST have a parent/ guardian. The end of season party is NOT like swim practice. The coaching staff will not be directly supervising the swimmers. The slides will be on & all activities will be open.

Family Boxes

Any items not picked up from the Family Boxes by the last day of practice will be put away, redistributed or thrown out. Please be sure to check the family boxes for your swimmer's items before the end of the season.
