Good Morning Tsunamis! 

We hope everyone is doing well and is ready for tomorrow! We have our last home meet against Huntsville tomorrow and we are super excited! I have attached the heat sheet and athlete check in. Please have your swimmers events written on their arm before they arrive! 

Also, if your swimmer is in a relay PLEASE make sure they check in before warmup! If a swimmer who is on a relay does not check in, we have to run around trying to find someone to replace them. It would be super helpful if swimmers, especially ones in a relay, check in before warmup.

Timeline

We are going to start the meet 15 minutes earlier than we usually do so we can get the pool open to the public on time. Here is the timeline! 

6:15am Facility Opens

6:30am-7:00am Tsunami Check In

7:00am-7:30am Tsunami Warm Up

7:30am-8:00am Huntsville Warm Up

7:45am Officials / Timer Meeting at Starter Tent

8:00am Pool is Cleared

8:10am National Anthem 

8:15am Event #1

Please make sure your swimmer checks in and they are ready to start warmup on time!! We want as much time as we can during warmup to work on starts and get the kids ready to swim, so PLEASE have them ready to hop in the water at 7:00am!

Set Up

We will let Huntsville set up under the big pavilion on big deck, so Tsunami families can set up over by the baby pool. Families will also be able to set up outside the pool area.

Concessions will be available, but you are still free to bring your own coolers! Remember, no glass or alcohol will be allowed!

Volunteers

We are still in need of volunteers! We still need help with Athlete Check In, Ready Bench, Runner, and Timers! Please sign up to volunteer!
