Good Morning Tsunami Families! 

We have our Team Pictures tonight and our meet against Brenham tomorrow!! Here are a few important things, so please read! 

Team Pictures

Individual photos will begin at 4:30 and will run until about 5:15/5:30. We will try to take the team picture around 5:30 or whenever individual photos are done! 

Timeline

6:30am- Facility Opens

6:45am - 7:15am Tsunami Check In

7:15am - 7:45am Tsunami Warm Up

7:45am - 8:15am Visiting Team Warm Up

8:00am- Officials / Timer Meetings at Starter Tent

8:15am Pool is cleared

8:25am National Anthem

8:30am Event #1

Please make sure your swimmer checks in and they are ready to start warmup on time!! We want as much time as we can during warmup to work on starts and get the kids ready to swim, so PLEASE have them ready to hop in the water at 7:15!

Set Up

We will let Brenham set up under the big pavilion on big deck, so Tsunami families can set up over by the baby pool. Families will also be able to set up outside the pool area.

Concessions will be available, but you are still free to bring your own coolers! Remember, no glass or alcohol will be allowed. 

We may or may not be having slide construction going on during the meet. 

Coaches Relay!!

After the last event, we will be having a coaches relay!! The coaches are super excited and we want the swimmers to cheer them on! 

Volunteers

We still need three more volunteers for the second shift of Timers! If you are signed up for the first shift, but are willing to switch please do so!
