The Time Trial Meet is TOMORROW!

Here is the Timeline for the Meet

6:30am Facility opens for families to set up their "camps"

7:00am Tsunami Check Ins (for Athletes & Volunteers)

7:30am Tsunami Warm Ups

8:15am Pool Cleared / Timer & Official Meetings

8:30am Event #1

Our current timeline has us finishing about 11:15am if we are able to stay on track. This is a "learning" meet, it is not uncommon for us to get a little behind as we work out all the "kinks" in the new season.

Family Set Ups

Tsunami families usually set up around the Baby Pool. You are welcome to bring additional pop up tents and chairs. There are a couple covered pavilions over there as well.

Families are welcome to bring coolers for snacks & hydration. Please remember there is NO GLASS & NO ALCOHOL allowed at City of College Station swimming pools.

There will be NO SWIMMING in the BABY POOL during Swim Meets as well.

Volunteers

We still need A LOT of Volunteers! We cannot pull off a successful meet without Volunteers. We don't have NEARLY enough Timers and we need more people on ready bench! Please sign up! The first shift is events 1-40, which will end around 9:50am. Again, we may not be on time as this is our "practice" meet! 

I am attaching the Heat Sheet, there may be some changes by tomorrow (there usually are at the Time Trial Meet).
