Howdy Tsunami Swim Families!

If you are receiving this as an email you already have a swimmer signed up for Tsunamis for the 2025 Season. I wanted to get a quick message out to review a few things.

You should have received instructions on setting up your account through the website as well. This is where you will sign up for swim meets, select your swimmers' events, sign up for volunteer positions and RSVP for other / non-meet events throughout the season. Please take just a few moments to familiarize yourself with our website. If you need your password reset just shoot me an email.

Swim Team Evaluations will be the week of April 21-24. ALL Swimmers will need to be evaluated. Every swimmer will need their own time slot (please do not expect siblings to use the same slot, if you have siblings please select the appropriate number of slots for ALL siblings to have their own slot. (Or you can sign each up for an individual as the sign up genius does not require a sign in.) Please sign up for an eval slot HERE!

We will also be having a parent meeting on April 15th at 5pm! Please RSVP HERE! Swimmers are welcome, but not required! 

Other items we will be covering during our Meet the Coaches / Evaluations evenings will be...

*T-Shirt / Cap pick up

Swimmers will be able to pick up their T-Shirt & swim caps.

*Help with Team Registration

Someone will be on site to assist with swim team registration.

*Time Trials

If you know your swimmer will not be able to attend the Time Trial Meet on May 3rd your swimmer will be able to get those Time Trial times during their Evaluation time slot. Swimmers MUST HAVE a time trial time in any event they would like to swim at a Dual Meet.

*Suit Sizing

The team store will have a great resource for sizing your swimmer's swim suit, but if you prefer we do have a sizing kit available for use during your swimmer's evaluation time. Suits must be tried on BEFORE entering the water.

*Meeting our Staff and general questions

Meet the Coaches / Team Evaluations is also a great time to get your questions answered and get more information about our team.

It's a lot of information but it all is posted to our website as I send it so you can absolutely refer back to the message as needed.

Don't forget to download the Swimtopia App. You can log in there and do many of these things from your phone as well.
