Howdy Tsunami Swimmers!

Our Divisional Swim Meet is TOMORROW at the Bryan Aquatic Center! 

I am attaching the Heat Sheet & Meet Invitation for your information.

Volunteers

We still have A LOT of volunteer positions that need to be filled! This is a REQUIREMENT for this meet. We MUST fill these positions before the meet begins tomorrow. Please sign up for a volunteer job.

Team Set Up

The pool should open at 6:30am for Team Set Up. I will need someone to take our sign and post it in an area where most of our team will be hanging out. This helps our coaches be able to find the swimmers when needed. 

Timeline

6:30am: Bryan Aquatic Center opens for Set Up

7am - 7:20am: Tsunami Warm Up

7:25am - 7:45am: Tsunami Check In (AFTER Warm Up)

8:00am: Timer / Officials Meeting

8:30am: Event #1

1:47pm: Estimated Start Time for Final Event

* This meet does usually last longer than our Dual Meets. We have 404 Swimmers planning to attend this meet. FAR larger than any of our Dual Meets. We should still have everyone out of there by 2pm. 

* We are doing Check In AFTER Warm Ups. This DOES NOT give your swimmer permission to miss warm ups. IF your swimmer needs their events written on them after warm ups the MUST BE dry. We cannot write events on a wet swimmer. Preferably the swimmers will all have their events written on them BEFORE arriving for Warm Ups & we will just verify & address any potential changes during Check In. 

* If you realize your swimmer cannot make it to the meet at any time please email me directly IMMEDIATELY. 

* If your swimmer is assigned to a relay & has NOT checked in by 7:45am I will be reassigning their relay to another swimmer who is there. I must submit those changes to computers by 8am so if I have not seen that swimmer in person I will make the change. 

It will be HOT. Stay in the shade when you are able and drink plenty of water.

Remember, this is the "Last Chance" meet for Invitational times. ALL Invitational entries will be due NO LATER than 6am on Sunday June 16th! I have to submit these entries on Sunday. If your swimmer will be swimming at an Invitational Meet invoices for those fees will be sent AFTER Invitational entries are completed AND confirmed by the host team. This will likely be next week sometime.
