Training Opportunity

I was emailed about a swim camp opportunity that I am forwarding to you below:

The below information is time sensitive to ensure the most people on your team can take advantage…I wanted to let you know that we are hosting Fitter Faster Tour for two swim clinics. The First one is below (to get ready for Short Course Season for Year Round Swimmers), and the 2^nd one is in April at the start of the summer league season, which is Free and Back (to get everyone ready for Summer League). Please send out to your teams please. Once I know who the Olympians/ National Teamers are, I will let you know.

We are excited to announce we are hosting a Fitter and Faster Butterfly & Breaststroke Swim Camp on August 26 & 27.

As the host we get the first opportunity to sign up. Please keep in mind that session sizes are limited. So, please sign up soon.CLICK HERE for details and registration

There will be two sessions each day, one for swimmers ages 12 and under and one for swimmers ages 13 and older. The curriculum each day will be:

August 26: Butterfly Technique!

August 27: Breaststroke Technique!

Last Day of Practice will be July 26th!

There will be both morning & evening practice that day.
