Swim Meet vs BRYAN

The swim meet this weekend is against the Bryan Barracudas AT the Bryan Aquatic Center (3101 Oak Ridge Dr). I will send out additional information on the schedule for the day after entries are completed. Swimmers will likely check in at 7:15am with a warm up time for ALL swimmers around 7:45am. Again, I will confirm these in an email AFTER entries have been completed.

VERY IMPORTANT

Please mark your swimmer accordingly if they are or are not available for relays using the drop down box. If your swimmer is not available for or does not want to swim relays and they are assigned to a relay it is extremely inconvenient for them to scratch those relays and can be very disappointing to the other swimmers on that relay. 

Each swimmer is allowed up to 3 individual events and 2 relays. Please select 3 events if you are able. 

This is a dual meet so there will NOT be the opportunity for "deck entries" that there was at the Time Trial meet. It is very easy to scratch swimmers from individual events (but NOT EASY to scratch them from relays). 

IF your swimmer decides to scratch their event on the day of the meet they MUST come speak with the coach. DO NOT just NO SHOW for your event. If your swimmer does this and does not check in with the Coach they may be scratched from any relays they are in. The Coach needs to be able to count on those swimmers in the relays. 

Time Trial Times

I have had a lot of people reach out about Time Trial Times; their swimmer still needs to get them, they have somehow been entered incorrectly in the system, etc. This evening is your LAST CHANCE to get those completed and/or corrected before the Bryan Meet. 

I am planning to extend those entries to Thursday at 12:30pm so you will have additional time to get those entries done. I have to run the relay assignments and verify them with those relay swimmers before making our team ready to merge on Thursday by 6pm so this is really the latest I can do that. 

IF you are planning to come in for Time Trials OR an evaluation I need you to tell me specifically what time you are planning to come in so our coaching staff is prepared. We have days/times that are options, but if we do not know exactly when you are planning to come for this we will not be ready. We do not have a lot of Coaches on staff so it is important that we are ready to perform these functions. If we find that a Coach has to leave we may have to reschedule that evaluation or time trial so there are ample coaches on the deck to manage practice.
