I have not received a timeline or warm up information yet but will send that as soon as I receive it. 

I am attaching the form to fill out for each swimmer to declare if they plan to attend the state meet if they are invited. 

If a swimmer places in the top 3 for an event, or if a swimmer(s) from the top 3 decides not to attend the state meet & the invitation moves down swimmers in places below the top 3 we must declare if those swimmers are planning to attend the State Meet AT THE REGION MEET. 

Please submit this form for each swimmer you have swimming at the Region Meet.

I have also placed TAAF Release / Waivers in each participant's file in the family boxes. I need to have these done by Saturday morning. I will have blank forms available at the meet as well.
