Howdy Tsunami Families!

We are IN our Summer Schedule! We've had a few people show up at the pool for practice at the time we were practicing last week. Please remember our Summer Schedule has started. 

Morning Practice

8 & Under 8am-8:45am M-F

9-12 year old 8:45am-9:45am M-F

13-18 year old 9:45am-11:15am M-F

Evening Practice (NO Friday evening practice)

8 & Under 7pm-7:45pm M-Th

9-12 year old 7:45pm-8:45pm M-Th

13-18 year old 7:45pm-9pm M-Th

*There are no more "overflow" groups ~ please send your swimmer at their age group practice time. 

*Morning practice has been a bit less crowded, if you are wondering which one has more space. At least that has been noted at 1 full day in of the summer schedule. 

COLS vs HUNT Meet THIS weekend

Entries for the meet this weekend are due TOMORROW by NOON! Please get those entries submitted on time, be sure to mark relay availability as well (can do relays, no relays or leaving early no late relays). 

If you would like for me to submit your swimmers entries for the meet this weekend please email me the events they would like to swim (3 individual events) if they have a preference as well as if they are available for relays. I need those emails by noon on Thursday as well!

There are still plenty of volunteer jobs to sign up for as well! We need volunteers to make this meet run smoothly!

7:45am Huntsville Warm Ups

8:15am Pool is Cleared for Official Meetings

8:25am National Anthem

8:30am Event #1

Schedule Change for the week of June 13-17

We will need to adjust our practice schedule for the week of June 13-17. Please note the morning schedule below for the week of June 13-17 ONLY.

8 & Under 8am - 8:45am

9-12 year old 11am - 12pm

13-18 year old 7:30am - 9am

The times may change just a little bit (15 minute adjustments max to the early & late groups) but I wanted to go ahead & get the information out that we have right now. 

Other Reminders

Entries are OPEN for the Divisional Meet as well as Invitationals. Be sure to check to see if your swimmer has qualified. 

Divisional Meet qualification; swimmer must participate in at least 2 Dual Meets AND swimmer must have an official time (legal & from a dual meet - not Time Trials) in the event they would like to enter. 

Invitation Meet qualification is based on time standards; swimmers must achieve the qualifying time to participate in the meet. There IS an additional charge for participating in the Invitational Meet. Please be sure to check the Invitational Details page on the website for information & pricing for these meets.

Please remember to submit your swimmer's RSVP for the Region TAAF Swim Meet on July 9th as well. I need these Registration numbers by June 14th! So you have 2 weeks to get that RSVP completed!
