Here are your mid-week updates...

Lee County Meet 5/21/2022

Our meet against Lee County is THIS weekend AT Adamson Lagoon! Entries are due Thursday (TOMORROW) by noon! Please get those entries completed! 

If you would like for me to do the entries for your swimmer you need to email me. I CAN submit entries if you are struggling to get it done but I have to know that you need my help, I will not assume that anyone is attending the meet without being told that (either by email or by the parent marking the swimmer as attending and selecting events). 

The entry limit is THREE individual entries. Be sure to indicate if your swimmer is available for Relays as well; you will do this using the drop down box where you indicate that your swimmer is attending the meet. If you feel like your swimmer will need to leave early you can mark as "leaving early, no late relays". 

Please be sure to sign up for those Volunteer Jobs as well. Lee County is a pretty small team so the feel of this meet won't be much different from last weekend. We need all the parents we can get to make it run smoothly.

Other Meet Entries

I have opened up entries for all of our other Dual meets this season as well. Feel free to get those done early. 

Volunteer Jobs are open as well so you can get signed up for those as well. 

RSVP for Region TAAF

I ONLY need Athlete RSVPs here - I DO NOT need to know if parents will be attending. If you do know that your swimmer will be competing in the Region TAAF meet on July 9th at the Bryan Aquatic Center we need to have them on the list by June 14th. We will NOT be choosing events yet, just registering the athletes. We will select events after June 26th. 

Picture Day is FRIDAY! 

If you plan on attending you can RSVP (for your swimmer only) the website. AND you can sign up to help us wrangle swimmers during that time as well. We try to take the team photo a little after 5pm or when the individual photos have slowed down a bit. Memoir Photography will be ready to start taking photos at 4:30pm. RSVP so we know that your swimmer is coming - we don't want to miss anyone who wants a picture. 

I've updated a lot of dates on our Schedule on the website so you can do a bit of planning for the rest of your summer!
