Meet the Coaches is THIS week! 

I hope you have all signed up for your session to meet the Coaches and have your swimmer's evaluation (and maybe Time Trial) done! If you still need to sign up here is the link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f094fadab29a3f85...

There are also plenty of opportunities to sign up to help with this week on our website. If you or maybe even one of your swimmers has time to volunteer to help please be sure to sign up! We could really use some help from experienced swim families here - there is lot's to do!

When you arrive at the pool for Meet the Coaches/Evaluations your swimmer will check in & have an opportunity to verify your swimmer's information to make sure it is correct. Your swimmer will have the opportunity to use the sizing kit as well if they need help choosing a size for their swimsuit. Then the swimmer will head to the pool for their evaluation and time trials if needed. Once their pool time is completed they come back to the check in area to check out & pick up their team shirt (if they have already registered as a Tsunami). 

Weather

We have been keeping a close eye on the forecast for tomorrow & know that we may experience some disruptions. If you are concerned you can sign into your signup genius and change your sign up. 

We do not cancel just based on the forecast though, we will wait to see how the weather plays out tomorrow.

Adamson Lagoon is located at Bee Creek Park. I will also send out notifications through this system if we do end up having to close for a while. 

Time Trials

The Time Trial meet is May 7th! Please sign your swimmer up for their events and sign yourself up for some volunteer positions! 

Certified Positions Available

If you are interested in helping with Computers or Ready Bench please consider attending one of the online trainings for these positions. These are Certified Positions and we REALLY need help in these areas. There is a Computers Training from 7p-9p (online) on Tuesday 4/26. There is a COC/Team Rep Training (COC is Ready Bench also online) on Thursday 4/28 from 7p-9p as well. Please consider signing up for one of these classes through www.nwalcertified.com (you will need to create a login). 

There is also one more opportunity to become Stroke & Turn Official certified as well! You will also sign up for that through www.nwalcertified.com & the lecture portion is 4/28 with the deck portion on 4/30 in the Woodlands.

9-12 M/W (overflow)     50% full

9-12 T/Th (overflow)     100% full

Our 9-12 year old crew is clearly very strong! If you have friends who have not signed up yet in the 9-18 year old range please encourage them to do so ASAP! Note: the 9-12 Overflow practices are NOT available online. Swimmers would need to be signed up already & then request the change in section directly through me.
