Just a few reminders for you today

TAAF Region 5 Swim Meet is July 17th at the Bryan Aquatic Center

If your athlete is registered as attending please have their events & availability for relays selected no later than THIS Friday 7/9 at NOON.

If you qualify for the State TAAF meet in Corpus Christi it will be held July 29 - August 1. You will need to declare if your swimmer is attending the state meet (or not) AT the Region 5 meet. You will NOT have time to think about it, entries for the State Meet must be submitted IMMEDIATELY following the Region Meet. Please be thinking about IF your swimmer will be attending that meet or not before we get to the Region Meet. 

All Athletes must submit a waiver to be able to swim at the Region TAAF Meet. I am attaching the waiver and the State TAAF event schedule to this email. I will also have some blank copies of the waiver in my office if you would like to sign one while you are at the pool. 

Many parents have asked how long we think this meet will last on July 17th. We have no idea just yet. I will be sure to post a timeline as soon as I have one. 

End of Season Banquet & Party is at 7:30pm July 23rd at Adamson Lagoon

Please join us to recognize & celebrate our amazing team & a successful 2021 season! Please RSVP for your swimmer & family on the website & be on the lookout for an opportunity to bring some drinks, appetizers or desserts too! 

Safety reminder...

If we get rained out swimmers will ONLY be released to their parents. Swimmers are not to independently go to the park or cemetery without their parent's specific permission & acknowledgement. Please ask your swimmers to wait for their parents. Our job is here at the facility, we are not able to supervise swimmers outside of Adamson Lagoon or other swim facility where we may be located. 

Our last day of practice will be July 28th. Please try to have all of your swimmer's awards picked up from the family boxes by then.
