Navasota Meet is this weekend! 

The heat sheet is attached. As usual, please let me know if you have any changes as soon as you know about them.

Here is the schedule for the Navasota Meet.

Location: 103 Stadium Drive in Navasota

7:15am     Athlete Check In will begin

7:45am - 8:15am     Tsunami Warm Ups

8:15am     Official & Timer Meetings

8:30am     Event #1

The current timeline has the meet ending about noon. 

There is lots of room in a park area right next to the pool to set up chairs, tents, etc. as well. 

We still have LOTS of volunteer positions to be filled for the Navasota Meet! Please sign up to help if you are able!

Bryan Meet is NEXT weekend! June 12th for ALL swimmers!

Please be sure to sign up for the Bryan Meet. The meet is still listed as 2 separate meets; 10 & Under is the first one listed, 11 & Up is the second one listed. You will still need to enter your swimmer in the proper age group (a 14 year old will not be listed in the 10 & Under meet file). 

The PPPPep Rally is June 11th!

We usually have a Pep Rally before the Divisonal Meet each year, but this season we aren't having a Divisional Meet. SO, we are doing our PPPPep Rally before the meet against Bryan! This meet is our "Cross Town Swim Down" so let's get excited about it!

We will have a regular practice for each age group but in between & before or after each practice we would love for our swimmers to enjoy some refreshments & help us make some posters for the parents to have to encourage our swimmers to SWIM FAST against Bryan!

Invitational Meets are ready for your swimmers to sign up! 

We have LOTS of swimmers who have already qualified for events at Invitational Meets this season! 50 Swimmers after only 1 dual meet! I will start sending out messages to families of qualified swimmers after the Navasota Meet. These Invitational Meets are really exciting for our swimmers! I am so happy to see so many qualifiers already! Please be sure to read over those invitations so that you understand the cost & expectations if your swimmer should decide to attend one of these invitational meets.

Weather

Let's just say the weather hasn't been nice to us this season. We are keeping an eye on the weather tonight but I won't have any firm updates until closer to practice time. Regardless it is not looking very positive for us here at the pool right now. Please remember there is no penalty for swimmers who miss practice & swimmers are allowed to attend practice on any day of the week during the appropriate time for their age groups. We know our swimmers want & need pool time, but we also understand what a pain this weather has been this season.
