Howdy Tsunamis!

I just wanted to give you some information on how to sign up for the actual Time Trial swim meet on May 8th.

First you will need to sign onto the College Station Tsunamis website.

From there you will scroll down on the right side of the page to the "next meet" section where you will see the "Tsunami Time Trial" meet.

When you click on the "meet entry" button you should see your swimmers where you will need to mark them as "attending" before you are able to register for any events. Once you mark them as "attending" you can select all events you would like to register them for. 

Remember, in order to swim an event in a dual meet this season your swimmer MUST have a time in that event. Times from previous years DO NOT count as they expire the day before the "age up" date each year.

I would encourage all swimmers to compete in as many events as they are able so they have events to choose from when they are signing up for their first dual meet. Even if they are not completely comfortable with that event, remember, DQs don't count at Time Trials. Encourage those kids to swim! 

Once you have signed your swimmer up for all of their events be sure to sign up to volunteer at the meet as well. You will follow the button that says "Job Sign Up" to sign up for volunteer positions at the meet. 

We need to have ALL entries submitted by Friday morning at 8am! I will be posting Heat Sheets on Friday to the website. 

Please remember, if you are NOT participating in the actual Time Trial Meet on May 8th DO NOT sign your swimmer up for this meet. If you sign them up for events then they will appear on the Heat Sheet & if they are not there it will slow our meet down.
