HVL at COLS Saturday 5/11/19 at 8:30am at Adamson Lagoon in College Station

7am Check In

7:15am COLS warm ups

7:45am HVL warm ups

8:15am pool is cleared, timer meeting, scratch/coaches meeting

8:25am National Anthem

8:30am 1st Splash - Event 1

Relays

I sent emails to the swimmers who are on relays tomorrow out yesterday. After the first email we had several that reported that they were no longer able to swim in a relay this week. If you do not receive a final relay email from me today then the original relay did not end up with enough swimmers to make.

Please remember to check in tomorrow when you arrive & verify all of your swimmer's events.

Heat sheets will be available for sale for $3 each. Concessions will be open as well.

Water temp at the pool is right around 75. The sun is out right now which will work in our favor for sure! We do have a couple of options we can visit if the weather doesn't cooperate with us tomorrow that will hopefully enable us to NOT have to make up this meet during the week. Right now we are still planning on trying to start this meet on time tomorrow. Please bring PLENTY of warm items for your swimmer to wear on the deck between their events. Sweats, parkas, extra towels, blankets, etc.
