Just a little bit of information about signing your swimmers up for the upcoming swim meets!

In order to begin your sign up you will click on the GREEN BOX under 2019 HVL (Huntsville) at COLS (College Station) that says "Meet Entry Open". (Next week that will have a different team there, but will otherwise operate the same.) That page will have a list of your swimmers. At the bottom of that page there is a button that says "EDIT" - click this to get started. 

There will be a box next to each swimmer where you will choose if the swimmer is attending or not attending. You must first select that they are attending in order to select events. 

Each swimmer may choose 3 events to swim at each Dual meet. Remember, each swimmer must have a time trial time in any event they would like to swim at a Dual meet BEFORE they will be allowed to sign up for that event. Once you have selected their events you will need to indicate if your swimmer is able to swim in relays by using the drop down box below their events. Once you have completed all of this you can hit SAVE & your swimmer will be signed up. You can always go back to make changes by hitting EDIT again & making sure to SAVE any changes you may make - Swimtopia will not register any changes unless you hit SAVE. 

Indicating your availability for RELAYS is very important as it can be very difficult to fill a Relay position if we have someone not show up or tell us at the last minute they need to leave early. Each swimmer may be assigned a max of 2 relays. These are assigned by the computer - which is another reason it is important to mark this in the computer when you sign up for a meet & register for your swimmers for their events. 

If you have already gone through the sign up process you can go back in & EDIT if you need to.
