7:30am Check in

7:45am Warm ups begin

8am Timer meeting

8:15am Coaches meeting

8:30am Event #1

There will be concessions and heat sheets will be for sale as well. Please be sure to verify your athlete's entries - if you click on the event as if you were going to sign up again it will show the entries including relays.
